I was on google, looking for a natural supplement for anxiety, and came across kava kava. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it, or has had any experience with it.
Well after checking with my partner KK has been the subject of concern in Germany,and the herbal supplement has been withdrawn it does help with PMT,promotes relaxation, and causes drowsiness, so it's better to be taken at night if you have trouble sleeping.I would however, investigate the German claims of problems related to KK, before trying it out.
